Photography, in my opinion, has to be one of the greatest hobbies of all time.  What better and easier way is there to capture memories and cherish them forever?  A small camera can be taken anywhere, and developing film can be done within an hour.  The pictures can be framed for all to see or stored in an acid-free binder, where they can retell the stories over and over.  Even digital photography (no matter how much it bothers me) is becoming more widely used, and pictures can be stored on a computer forever and printed out whenever.
        Photography also goes beyond memories...it is art.  To construct a perfect picture takes time, effort, and patience.  A photographer has to wait for a perfect picture to happen.  It can not constructed or drawn.  It happens, and if a camera and competent camera operator is present, a wonderful photography can exist and be admired.
